Cancellation and Refund Policy

- The order must not have been processed or shipped.
Refund Conditions: If you are not satisfied with a purchased item, you have the right to request a refund under the following conditions:
- You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You can communicate your refund request to our customer service team via phone or email.
- Refunds will be processed after verifying the compliance of the returned product with the refund conditions.
- Refunds for payments made by credit card will be issued back to the original credit card. For other payment methods, refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.
